01 Dethink (2022-2023)

The DeThink project stands at the forefront of educational transformation, specifically targeting secondary school teachers with cutting-edge training in design thinking, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This initiative transcends traditional teaching methodologies by integrating practical lessons learned and know-how into a structured, actionable format. DeThink's comprehensive toolkit, encompassing a step-by-step process from empathy to testing, not only guides teachers in adopting a design thinking approach to entrepreneurship education but also equips them with the necessary self-efficacy, competencies, and tools. This unique approach ensures that teachers are well-prepared to instill these critical skills in their students, fostering an environment of entrepreneurial readiness and enabling the rapid adaptation of innovative principles within their educational settings.

My Role in this project

As the project lead for DeThink, my contribution was pivotal in sculpting the educational landscape for future entrepreneurs. I spearheaded the project by conducting extensive secondary research and meticulously planning the content curriculum tailored for both school teachers and students. My approach involved the application of best practices in the field, leading to the creation of innovative templates and effective assessment methods. I was responsible for overseeing the planning and ensuring the highest standards of quality analysis throughout the project. Collaborating with a diverse team of seven partners, we tailored this project to cater specifically to schools, aiming to nurture an entrepreneurial attitude among students. This multifaceted role not only highlighted my leadership capabilities but also underscored my commitment to educational practices for a new generation of thinkers and innovators.
