✅ Conducted market analysis on existing digital learning platforms to understand competitive offerings.
✅ Analyzed education policies and digital adoption trends across target countries to identify gaps and opportunities.
2️⃣ User Research 🔍
✅ Interviewed students, teachers, and administrators to uncover pain points, expectations, and digital learning behaviors.
✅ Conducted cross-country comparisons to identify key differences and similarities in user needs and platform accessibility.
3️⃣ Design Workshops & Ideation 💡
✅ Facilitated co-creation workshops with students and educators to brainstorm features and functionalities.
✅ Used affinity mapping to categorize insights, prioritize user needs, and align solutions with real-world challenges.

✅ Developed low-fidelity wireframes and conducted iterative testing with students and teachers.

This project reinforced the importance of co-designing solutions with end users and leveraging the design thinking framework for structured problem-solving. It also highlighted regional differences in digital adoption, shaping how the final product balanced customization and scalability.
